SHARON GELLERSON
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Sharon currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BAI Strategies. In addition, Sharon is a Real Estate Advisor for Brown Harris Stevens, a leader in the luxury real estate market since 1873. Sharon has also served as the President of the Terra Beachside Association for the last five years, providing executive leadership of a multi-family condominium association with a $2 Million yearly budget and a $6+ Million Infrastructure project.

Sharon previously served as the Director of Program and Business Analysis for the Naval Air Systems Command, providing executive leadership and management of 1,200 financial managers, nationwide, responsible for the development, justification, and execution of program budgets essential to key national defense missions.
She served as the senior business / financial advisor and technical authority on financial strategies, budgetary policies, acquisition strategies, and laws and regulations that impact the health and performance of a $40 Billion annual budget.

Sharon also served as the Dean of the College of Business Financial Management and Comptroller for the Naval Air Systems Command whose foundational tenet is to provide comprehensive standardized financial management training, career development, and professional guidance to the workforce. She directed the instruction of 5,000 students, through 40 unique courses, developing employees into a highly trained, skilled, and equipped workforce through targeted courses aimed at enhancing analytical capabilities.
STEVE GELLERSON
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Steve currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BAI Strategies. In addition, Steve is a Real Estate Advisor for Brown Harris Stevens, a leader in the luxury real estate market since 1873.

Steve served as the Director of Command Operations and Leadership Support for the Naval Air Systems Command, providing executive leadership and management of a national organization of over 500 employees, supporting a multitude of business functions and resources that are key enablers to national defense missions, to include:
Command Process Improvement; Facility Sustainment and Modernization; Congressional Liaison; Compliance Programs (Privacy Act, Directives/Instructions, Records Management); Administrative and Clerical Support Services; and the ERP Business Office.

He served as the senior business advisor and technical authority on a wide range of strategies and business concepts that impacted infrastructure sustainment, facilities revitalization, capital investment, and workforce safety of a $40 Billion operation.
